Furthermore, the seller reserves the right of disposal of the goods until full payment is made.   倘由于某种情况,有关机床暂由买方保管,并不等于机床的所有权已属买方.只有在买方付清货款,买方才可以拥有该机床.倘根据合同内容,买方不能清付余款,卖方保留将机床取回的权力.  -  12 months warranty from the date of installation covering material and manufacturing defects with may appear during the said period. However, such warranty will not include damages occurred due to mishandling of material and careless manipulation of the equipment. Consumable are not taken into consideration.       12个月保修期由到厂安装完毕算起。如因错操作和不小心使用而引至机器损坏，不在保修范围内。保修期不包括消耗品。
