Afterthat, their hardness could reach tedrerett 1LttL , . tn1zansoriraNNe55 to 65 degrees (tailored to AWTRRary shoangnandnecustomer needs) and their wearresistance could be 3 times hi gher *ethus extending the service life.操作规范减速机必须加齿轮油，硬齿面( 带油泵)加15#- -200#齿轮油， 有冷却系统先启动冷却系统，经常观察油窗、缺油须添加，每500小时更换或过滤齿轮油。注意事项:每次开机时，排口、进料口、出料口可能有体，塑料喷出注意烫伤。一、试机时向进料口和排口加入塑料(不允许无料空转),同时连续不断加入机油，同时缓慢加温(包括模头),用手转动带轮，或使用变频器调低转数(电机转数过高，抱轴后果自负),直到出料口处塑化好,才能全速开动电机。二、每次换网或停机时，停止喂料1- -2 分钟(避免下次启动负荷过大容易断轴)。三、停机时必须打开模头，下次加温生产时，必须把螺筒里的硬料完全排净，才能生产(螺筒里的硬料容易顶坏模头)四、每次开机前需转动皮带轮(停止工作后重新加温生产)五、电动模头每次开关，大齿轮和中间介轮必须对好，才能开动电机，新模头在使用一星期内，每次开关必须向螺纹加油黄油(缺油等损坏模头后果自负)六、螺筒内严禁进入金属物体，严重可能导致料筒、螺杆报废),如发现此情况，马上停机、倒转带轮转出或抽出螺杆。七、生产中密切注意机组运转情况，如有异常应立即停机，切断电源，然后检查各部位机件情况，排除故障，再恢复生产，切不可带故障运行。保修条例:产品经过多次实验完善，在正确使用下能发挥其优越性能，保修服务只限于正确使用下有效。一切人为损坏，例如试机时缺油抱轴、螺筒内进入金属物、螺杆断裂、螺筒破裂、法兰变形(减速机碎壳、打齿、断轴)以及- -切硬性损伤，不适当安装，非经本厂 认可之维修和改造保修服务立即失效。维修收原器件成本费(轴承、螺丝不在保修范围之内)。Operational InstructionsDeceleration machine must be maintained with gear oil. At the same time, lowly warm up the machine (including the die).Use hand to rotate the pulley or use the inverter to slow down the speed (if the motor speed is too high, oneshould bear the consequence that the shaft might seize up). Until the plastic particles take good shape at theoutlet port, then start the motor at full speed.Second, every time when the machine is stopped or its screen filter is changed, stop material feeding for 1to 2minutes lto avoid the break of shaft caused by overload during the next start of the machine).Third, the die must be opened when the machine is stopped. Next time when the machine is warmed up forproduction, the hard materials within the screw cylinder must be completely evacuated first (the hardmaterials left in the screw cylinder would easily break the die).Fourth, rotate the pulley first before the start of the machine every time (it needs warming up again forproduction after the machine is stopped).Fifth, as for the switch on of the electric die, every time the large gear and intermediate wheel must fit eachother well and then the motor can be started. During the first week of the use of a new die, every time it isswitched on and off one must add grease at the screw thread (one should bear the consequence of diedamage caused by lack of grease].Sixth, metal objects are strictly prohibited to enter the screw cylinder. Under some serious circumstance, itmight cause the barrel and screw to be scrapped. In case any metal object is found in the barrel, immediatelyshut down the motor and reverse the pulley to rotate out or pull out of the screw.Seventh, closely watch the operation condition of the granulator unit. In case of any abnormality immediatelystop the motor, cut off the power, and then check the condition of the different parts of the unit. Until theproblem is found and solved, then the production can be resumed. Remember not to run the machine withtrouble.Warranty regulations: this product is tested and perfected through several times of experiments. It can hasvery good performance if it is used in the correct way. Warranty service is only limited to the correct use of thisproduct.In case of any man-made damage, such as the shaft seize- -up caused by oil shortage during the test of themachine, screw break and barrel rupture resulted from metal objects left in the screw cylinder, flangedeformation (crushed shell, worn gear, broken shaft of the deceleration machine) and all hardware damage,improper installtion, maintenance and renovation without the approval of our plant, the warranty service willimmediately become invalid. During maintenance, the cost of the original devices would be charged (bearingsand screws are not covered within the warranty).
